Shipping Policy
This policy supplements our Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with our Returns Policy and Privacy Policy .
In short
- Areas served: European Union.
- Shipping costs: Free in Italy ; for the rest of the EU, costs are shown at checkout.
- Approximate delivery times for Italy: ~ 5 working days (islands/remote areas may take 1–3 days longer).
- Couriers: selected based on area; main courier TNT .
- Tracking: Automatic email sent by the carrier when the shipment leaves.
1) Areas served
We ship within the European Union . We do not ship to PO boxes or poste restante services.
2) Delivery times
- Italy: ~ 5 working days (Islands and remote areas may take +1–3 days ).

Rest of EU : Variable (Estimated times and options shown at checkout; possible extensions for remote areas.)
Delivery times begin from the shipping confirmation email and are indicative. In the event of courier delays, we will inform you as soon as possible with a new estimate.
3) Shipping costs
- Italy: free shipping.
- European Union (outside Italy): Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination.
4) Couriers, methods and tracking
- We use selected couriers based on the destination; the main courier is TNT .
- When your order leaves, you will receive an automatic tracking email sent directly from the shipping company.
- The number of delivery attempts , delivery by appointment or to collection points depend on the courier and are indicated in the tracking.
- In some cases, a signature upon delivery may be required.
5) Addresses and changes
- Always check your shipping address before confirming your order.
- Once the package has been handed over to the courier, address changes are only possible if permitted by the courier and may result in additional costs and/or delays for the customer .
- We do not ship to PO boxes or poste restante services.
6) Split shipments
We typically ship orders in one shipment . If your order contains both a standard product and a handcrafted item that requires weeks of preparation, you can request separate shipments by emailing info@lumiavera.com . We'll charge a €10 surcharge for the second shipment.
7) Item availability
The site indicates " Available " or " Not Available ." If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you with alternative options or a refund.
8) Damage, tampering, loss
- If the package is visibly damaged , we ask you not to accept it or to accept it with specific reservations (indicating the type of damage).
- Please report any damage or non-conformity to info@lumiavera.com within 14 days , attaching photos and your order number.
- If a visibly damaged package is accepted without reservation , we may not be able to process a refund/replacement.
- For lost shipments or unusual delays , we will file a claim with the courier and update you on the outcome.
9) Force majeure events
Delays due to events beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, seasonal peaks, regulatory measures) do not entail liability; we will do everything possible to minimize inconvenience and inform you promptly.
