These Terms govern the use of the lumiavera.com website and the purchase of the products offered therein (" Services "). They apply to consumers (B2C) and professionals (B2B) . In the event of a conflict, the mandatory consumer protection provisions prevail.

3. Countries served, languages and currencies

Shipping territory: European Union only.
Contractual languages: Italian , English , and Spanish . In the event of discrepancies in interpretation between versions, the Italian text shall prevail.
Currency: Euro (€).

4. Product information and availability

Descriptions, images, and colors are carefully curated; possible perceptual differences may depend on the user's device. The availability status shown on the site may be "Available" or "Not Available." Measurements and technical specifications are indicative unless otherwise indicated.

5. Prices, taxes and invoicing

Prices include VAT (unless otherwise stated). Shipping is free within the EU; any additional services are shown at checkout. We issue an invoice upon request ; please provide your correct tax information (and any certified email address/SDI) when ordering.

6. Orders and conclusion of the contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the contract is finalized upon the order confirmation sent via email. We may refuse or cancel orders in the event of unavailability, incomplete information, suspected fraud, or obvious pricing errors.

7. Payments

Accepted methods: Payment cards , PayPal , Apple Pay , Google Pay , Bank Transfer , Klarna . Payments are processed by certified providers and may be subject to fraud checks.

8. Discount codes, promotions and gift cards

Discount codes may have expiration dates, usage restrictions, and may not be combined unless otherwise specified. Gift cards are usable according to the terms and conditions indicated at the time of purchase and are not refundable within the limits of the law. We reserve the right to revoke or correct promotions in the event of abuse or obvious error.

9. Shipping, delivery and risk

Couriers: selected and variable by area.
Estimated delivery times: 5 working days in Italy; 10 working days in the rest of the EU.
Costs: free shipping.
Transfer of risk: remains with us until delivery .
Damaged package: If visibly damaged, do not accept it or accept it with specific reservations ; report it to info@lumiavera.com within 14 days and attach photos.

10. Installation, safety and compliance

The lamps comply with applicable CE regulations. Where required, electrical installation must be performed or supervised by qualified personnel .

11. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Deadline: 14 days from the day of delivery.
How to exercise: Send a message to info@lumiavera.com (you can use the form at the bottom of this page).
Return of the goods: within 14 days of notification, in original conditions: unused , undamaged , correctly packaged , with packaging, manuals and accessories .
Return costs: Customer pays . Address and instructions will be provided via email.
Refund: within 14 days of your cancellation notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of shipment. The same payment method will be used unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusions: No returns are accepted for goods that are non-returnable for hygiene reasons if opened or damaged by improper use (Article 59 of the Consumer Code). Customized/personalized products are not included in the current catalog.

12. Damaged or non-compliant products

If the product arrives damaged or non-compliant, please contact us at info@lumiavera.com within 14 days of delivery, attaching photographic documentation. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

13. Legal and commercial guarantees

Consumers (B2C): 2-year legal guarantee for defects of conformity; the defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery (Articles 128–135-septies of the Consumer Code).
Professionals (B2B): 2 years (current company policy).
Spare parts and bulbs: Provided when available; continuous availability of all parts is not guaranteed.

14. Intellectual property rights

The text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and design of the site are protected. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

15. User Content (Reviews)

Reviews must be truthful and not infringe the rights of others. We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, or offensive content.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damages (lost profits, business interruption). Nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence or for personal injury . Improper use or unprofessional installation excludes our liability.

17. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to force majeure (strikes, disasters, logistical disruptions, regulatory measures, etc.).

The store is hosted on Shopify . Payments are handled by certified providers. Details in our privacy notice.

20. Applicable law, competent court and ODR

These Terms are governed by Italian law . Exclusive jurisdiction: Milan , without prejudice to the protection of the consumer's jurisdiction where applicable.

Delivery insurance and guarantee

Custom packaging: We design custom packaging for each product in-house, ensuring maximum protection during transport. Each item is carefully positioned and protected with durable, high-quality materials to prevent accidental damage.
Insured shipments: All our shipments are insured against damage or loss, ensuring they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
Immediate replacement in case of damage: If, despite our careful packaging, the product arrives damaged, Lumiavera will replace it immediately. Take photos of the damage and send them to our customer service team at info@lumiavera.com. Lumiavera will immediately replace the product at no additional cost.
Warranty : All our products have a multi-year warranty (from 3 to 5 years) and Lumiavera provides replacement in the event of a technical failure of one or more components.

Right of withdrawal

All private customers have the right to exercise their right of withdrawal within a period of fourteen days from receipt of the goods.

Requests submitted after this period or by non-private entities will not be considered valid.

Refund times

In accordance with the legislation in force from the date of cancellation of the order or receipt of the return, a time frame of fourteen days is expected to obtain the refund.
