Return Policy - Lumiavera
In short
- 14-day withdrawal period (Consumer Code, art. 52 et seq.) from delivery.
- Condition : Product is intact, unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Returns are not available for products that have undergone customization, such as handcrafted colors (Pearl Gray, Anthracite, Rust, Dove Gray, Matte Gold, Rose Gold, Matte Copper, Magenta, Forest Green, Gold Leaf, Silver Leaf, Copper Leaf, Sage Green).
- Return costs : to be paid by the customer (except for defective/damaged product upon arrival).
- Instructions : Email info@lumiavera.com for the return address.
- Refund : within 14 days of receiving/inspecting the return, using the same method or store credit at the customer's choice.
1) Your satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, as provided for by the Consumer Code (Article 52 et seq.).
2) Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from the day you receive the product to notify us of your decision to return it. This notification must be sent by email to info@lumiavera.com .
3) Return conditions
- Unused , uninstalled and undamaged product.
- Packaged correctly, complete with original packaging , manuals and all accessories included in the package.
- The item must be in a condition that allows it to be put back on sale as new.
4) Exclusions from returns
Products that have already been used or installed cannot be returned. Warranty rights for defects remain unaffected. Returns are not available for products that have undergone customised processing , such as handcrafted colours (Pearl Grey, Anthracite, Rust, Dove Grey, Matte Gold, Rose Gold, Matte Copper, Magenta, Forest Green, Gold Leaf, Silver Leaf, Copper Leaf, Sage Green).
5) Return costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility . We recommend using tracked shipping: we cannot refund items that have not arrived.
6) Return procedure
- Please write to info@lumiavera.com within 14 days of delivery, indicating your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- Get instructions and the nearest/appropriate return address .
- Ship the product properly packaged; keep proof of shipment.
7) Return address
The return address will be provided via email after your request to info@lumiavera.com , so that the package can be routed to the most efficient hub.
8) Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue the refund within 14 days . You can choose between:
- Refund to the same payment method used for the order;
- Website credit (voucher/credit) of the same amount.
Refund display times may vary depending on your institution or payment provider.
9) Defective or damaged product
If the product arrives damaged or non-compliant :
- If the package is visibly damaged, do not accept it or accept it with specific reservations to the courier;
- Please email us within 14 days at info@lumiavera.com with a photo and your order number.
Returns are free in the event of a defect/damage; we will replace or refund the item as required by law.
