Delivery times vary depending on the type of order:

• Standard orders : are delivered on average within 5 working days, with an average range of 4 to 7 working days.
• Islands and remote areas : delivered on average within 7 working days, with an average range of 6 to 9 working days.
• Orders with handcrafted workmanship : delivery takes an average of 15 working days, due to the time required for handcrafted manufacturing.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We know how important it is to receive an order in perfect condition. For this reason, Lumiavera is committed to ensuring safe and reliable shipping, with a service that includes:

• Custom packaging: We design custom packaging for each product in-house, ensuring maximum protection during transport. Each item is carefully positioned and protected with durable, high-quality materials to prevent accidental damage.
• Insured shipments: All our shipments are insured against damage or loss, ensuring they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
• Immediate replacement in case of damage: If, despite our careful packaging, the product arrives damaged, Lumiavera will replace it immediately. Take photos of the damage and send them to our customer service team at info@lumiavera.com. Lumiavera will immediately replace the product at no additional cost.
• Warranty : All our products have a multi-year warranty (from 3 to 5 years) and Lumiavera provides replacement in the event of a technical failure of one or more components.

The following payment methods are accepted:

• CREDIT CARD or PREPAID CARDS (including Postepay)
• Apple Pay and Google Pay Wallets
• PayPal, UnionPay, AMEX
• Klarna for deferred payments

Once we have received your payment, your order will be immediately processed and handed over to the express courier for shipping.

On each product page (located under the product image) there is a detailed item sheet. This provides a wide range of information from the manufacturer, including technical details, materials used and dimensions of the product.

Regarding availability:
The presence of the "Add to Cart" button on a product indicates that the item is available for immediate delivery.
If the item is out of stock, the estimated return to stock date will be visible below the price.

If you need further details or have specific requests, the "Contact" section will allow you to get in touch with a member of our support team.

All private customers have the right to exercise their right of withdrawal within a period of fourteen days from receipt of the goods.

Requests submitted after this period or by non-private entities will not be considered valid.

For further information, we recommend that you carefully read our Conditions of Purchase, which contain all the regulations in compliance with current legislation.

In accordance with the legislation in force from the date of cancellation of the order or receipt of the return, a time frame of fourteen days is expected to obtain the refund.

Generally, our administrative department will process the refund within 2-10 business days, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
